BRM Upgrade Fails At MPS1 DB Structure Change While Upgrading From PS8 To PS17 (Doc ID 2264658.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), while upgrading from BRM 7.5 PatchSet 8 to PatchSet 17 (7.5 PS8 --> 7.5 MPS1 --> 7.5 PS17) with multi database on 10 servers, the upgrade script pin_75_75MPS1_upgrade.pl failed with the below error.

Upgrading the schema on Multischema Systems,

pin01 --> Primary schema
pin02 to pin10 -- secondary schemas

Installed steps:

1) 7.5MPS1_ThirdParty_platform_32_opt.bin -console
2) 7.5MPS1_21513185_Portal_Base_platform_opt
3) 7.5MPS1_21513185_Portal_SDK_platform_opt
4) 7.5MPS1_21513185_Pipeline_platform_opt
5) 7.5MPS1_PortalBase_Upgrade_75_75PS_platform_32_opt
6) 7.5MPS1_Pipeline_Upgrade_75_75PS_platform_32_opt
