OPM 12.2 excel rule table in Dutch does not accept Dutch date format DD-MM-YYYY


ERROR

"Unrecognized value. Was it your intention to write a date constant? If so, use the format 'yyyy-mm-dd'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Create a Dutch rule project and a rule table with a date attribute.

2. Enter an operator and a date value in Dutch date format and validate the work sheet. It will not work, until you change the date into a US format.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the rule will fail to function and throw the above error.
