ORA-03106: fatal two-task communication protocol error
ORA-03111: break received on communication channel
The above 2 ORA errors (03106 and 03111) indicate a break in connectivity causing the function engine to halt and then attempt to resume where it left off.
The result of a break in connectivity is that several actions in the queue may get marked as 'Persistent' which will take the queue longer to process them.
For more on persistent actions, see: OPPM Action And Function Queues Seem To Be Hung (Doc ID 1253208.1)
