Viewer is Coloring Conductors Status Coloring is Incorrect in the Viewer

Symptoms
The Viewer is coloring some conductors for the wrong status.
For example, several conductors have the coloring status of "NOMINAL_VOLTAGE" when the conductors are actually de-energized and should be displaying the ZEBRA highlighting for De-energized.
The Connectivity Details from the Trace Tool show States (A, B, C) Cold,Cold,Cold.
Several conductors have also shown the "Multistate" coloring status even when there is not a valid multi-state condition.
If a model edit is placed in the area and then removed, this corrects the status coloring.
