Symptoms

When attempting to load item induction template into RMS the following error occurs:



Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create template for item induction.
  2. Upload template into Retail Merchandising System(RMS).
  3. System gives message as it will get process in background.
  4. Notice, Template will be in new status and a row added into S9T_ERRORS table.
