LDAP Login Issue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On configuring LDAP with Argus Safety users, we are getting following error, while trying to go to Argus Insight from Safety.
"The system cannot validate your user id or password against LDAP Server"
Please note, Login into Argus Safety is working properly, while it is Argus Insight which is throwing errors.
