Symptoms
DMW File Watcher Text Data Load fails with the following errors:
SQL string for column : "CDR_W###.CDR_ATK_TEXT_SERVICES.CDR_CHECK_EOL(:"MY_DATE",:EOL_)"
EOL_ NEXT * WHT O(") CHARACTER (BOUNDFILLER FIELD)
value used for ROWS parameter changed from 64 to 4

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a new Study, create a Data Model with input type=file and with some DATE columns in the Text Data Load. Other Data Loads without Date columns work OK.
