Unable To Reach WebLogic Console or Unifier Deployment After Installing the WebLogic Service for Unifier

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After configuring WebLogic as a Service on Windows per the Unifier Installation guide, the service status is set to running, but the Weblogic console or the Unifier deployment are not reachable through a web browser.
These should be accessible by using the URLs:
• Weblogic Console: http://<ServerName:Port/console
• Unifier Deployment: http://<ServerName:Port/bluedoor
