VCP 12.1.3.9.2

Since application of EBS RPC5 patch MRP plan is not completed

In ASCP The MRP plan is not completed because on the Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux
that end in error

MSONWL64 module: Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux
