On CCB v2.3.1
Rate Version Calculation is adding 0.5 value to First Slap and reduce 0.5 value from second slap
For Monthly Bills , 30 days is divided with first slab 15 cubic meter , thus the average per day consumption is 0.5 cubic meter
Bill created for 43 days , So 43 Multiply 0.5 = 21.5
But the slab calculation is consider as 21 cubic meter for first slab and 22 cubic meter for second slab .
So the decimal consumption values is not considered during the base rate calculation.
Is this the CCB base behavior ?
