Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0 patchset (PS) 16, while resuming the services of suspended customer, the error PIN_ERR_BAD_VALUE is being thrown after upgrading to PS16.  This is the error in context:
