Instantis EnterpriseTrack Mobile App Is Loading Incorrectly (No Options Displayed and All Menu Items Missing)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When logging into the Mobile App, the application does not load correctly.
- Top bar says "Loading" and below appears the message "Currently there are no features to use on the Mobile"
- The navigation sidebar shows the icons but with no text next to them and none of them are available for selection. Settings Icon is the only one that displays text next to it.
