The ETL Job CD_MSRMT_TYPE is failing when there are duplicates records in CI_LOOKUP_VAL_L table one active and one inactive one (meaning one with JRN_CURRENT_FLAG = 0 and JRN_CURRENT_FLAG = 1)
Steps to Reproduce

1) Ensure there are two entries in the replication table CI_LOOKUP_VAL_L for the field value = MSRMNT_TYPE_FLG, one with JRN_CURRENT_FLAG = 0 and other with JRN_CURRENT_FLAG = 1
2) Enable the entity CD_MSRMT_TYPE
3) The entity is failing as it is not able to get stable set of records from CI_LOOKUP_VAL_L table.
