Symptoms
OUA 2.6.0 and 2.7.0
Materialized view not running after being disabled then re-enabled
If the Materialized view ends up in error and does not get completed even after retry for the day.
This entity is disable for the day and enabled after2 days. The entity does not appear in the ready view.
Steps to Reproduce
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue:
1. Enable the load for the MV.
2. The MV load ends in error even after maximum retry per day is reached.
3. Disable the MV load.
4. After 2 days enable the MV load , this MV does not appear in the ready view.
