NMS Facts CF_RECENT_CALL and CF_RST_CALL are failing with the error 'Unable to get a stable set of rows'.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Login to the NMS source application and modify the details of the logged in user such that the existing record in the CES_USER table is historized and a new record is inserted
2.Create a new incident from the source application
3.Enable the ETL jobs for the fact entities and load the data
4.The ETL jobs will fail with the error 'Unable to get stable set of rows'
