Member Claim Lines quick search is not working
When the Member Claim Lines quick link is selected, the system keeps loading the page, but does not navigate to the Claim Lines Page.
Clicking on the Member Claim Lines deep link should open the Claim Lines Search Results page (in another tab) showing all claim lines for the member that is specified on the claim header.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OHI Claims Adjudication.
2. Search for a claim.
3. Open the claim screen.
4. On Claim details section, click on the Member Claim Line link under "Quick Search"
