PortC.jar UPD Command Triggers 'java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException' Error in OFSAA 8.0 (Doc ID 2266294.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) versions 8.0 to 8.0.3, when you run the PortC.jar UPD command, the following error occurs:

Following are the Proposed Port numbers, IPs and paths for OFSAA

JAVA Port number: 9999
ICC Server Port number: 6507
ICC Native Port number: 6509
OFSAAInfrastructure Port number: 6666
Sockserver Port number: 10101
Message Server Port number: 6501
Router Port number: 6500
AM Port number: 6505
Web Server port no: 7001
OFSAA Server IP Address: xx.xx.xx.x
Web Server IP Address: xx.xx.xx.x
JDBC URL: jdbc:oracle:thin:@xx.xx.xx.x:<PORT>:<SID>
Weblogic Domain Home: /u01/app/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/<domain>

As a result of these errors, you cannot update the ports when cloning an environment.
