Timesheet Report Not Displaying Data From Environment Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2266295.1)

Symptoms

All Timesheet Reports are not returning any data results.

STEPS to Reproduce

1. Log in as Administrator or User with Report Permission
2. Navigate to Reports > Global Reports > Resource Reports > Timehseet Reports
3. Click the filter icon next to 'Timesheet Detail Report', notice all filters are clear. Click Run.
4. Click Open Report. Click Open if prompted. Notice the report returns no data. Column headings are there but no data.
5. Follow steps 4 and 5 for each timesheet report each yields no results.
