Goal
When applying Oracle Clinical / RDC Patches then there can be a requirement to install a techstack patch using OPatch. However sometimes the below error can be seen in the OPatch Apply log :
OPATCH_JAVA_ERROR: Wrong number of arguments. VerifyPatch needs ORACLE_HOME, OUI location, patch location, patch ID and path to 'ar' command, no_inventory, OS_ID.
