Users are running a Service Parts Planning (SPP) plan and have setup items to compute Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) which will then be stored in the Item Simulation Set (ISS) field called Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ). They have noticed that for over 13,000 items SPP calculates EOQ/FOQ to 0 or -1. They are worried this might impact the plan run. They do realize that many of the items do have 0 demand. The users have a couple of questions:

1) Is this standard behavior? (ie 0 or -1 for FOQ)

2) Should the plan null out FOQ rather than store a zero or negative 1?
