Username Not Populating For P6 Login Page Configured For SSO (Doc ID 2266767.1)

After configuring P6 for SSO, connection to the login page through a web server configured with an SSO web agent is loading the P6 WebSSO page but the read-only username field which should be populated by the SSO header key is blank.

When connecting to P6 configured for SSO, through a web server configured with a web agent, the username field on the P6 login page should be populated by the header key, mapped in the P6 Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to P6 via the web server URL protected by an SSO web agent
2. Enter SSO credentials
3. Note the redirection back to P6, but without the username field populated with the header key.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly authenticate and login to the P6 web application.
