Request Events Not Being Displayed In CSDL History Window In OCA Client. (Doc ID 2266835.1)

Symptoms

A new ASAP environment is being configured recently. But request events are not being displayed in CSDL History tab of OCA.
tbl_srq_log or tbl_srq_csdl tables don't have these events.
