On CCB (Customer Care and Billing) 2.4.0.3.0 version,

Upgrade 2.4.0.3: Message text for 11002, 19401 was changed to a non correct value.

Message category:11002, Message Number: 19401.
Text in 2.3.1:
11002 19401 ENG %1 is created.
11002 19401 ESA Se creó %1.
Text in 2.4:
11002 19401 ENG Geocode not found for the given address
11002 19401 ESA No se encuentra código geográfico para domicilio especificado

This change, shows incorrect text in Case Log Entries created by Script C1-CreObjCs for instance.

Workaround: specify MESSAGE_TEXT_OVRD to '%1 is created'.
