Why Future Stock Count Does Not Allow Inquiry For More Than 2 Months ?

Why Future Stock Count does not allow inquiry for more than 2 months ?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SIM > Click Inventory Mgmt > Click Stock Counts > Click Future Stock Count;
2. On Future stock count filter window, select a 'To Date' value. Enter/select value in ‘From Date’ field so that value is more than 2 months from that in 'To Date' field;
3. System throws error 'Date entered is after the latest allowed date'.
