Unable to Initialize BSP 8.0.2.0.7 Nothing Happened After Upgrade Button is Clicked (Doc ID 2267333.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to apply patch 8.0.2.0.7, initialize BSP failed with the following error:


Error
bsplog.log shows below errors:

Steps:
1. Applied Patch 25394883 Consolidated BSP Patch 8.0.2.0.7
2. There is a step to "Initialize BSP" to upgrade the already Initialized BSP Application.
    On Clicking the "Upgrade", the system is idle for quiet some time, did not receive the popup for "Successful initialization", nothing is written to bsplog.log after clicking "Upgrade".
3. Go to "Master Maintenance" ->"Config UI" the form is reset and has no data.
