EWO Create Page | Workflow Template Should be the First Field at Left Hand Side (Doc ID 2267528.1)

Goal

Need to change the placement of Workflow Template field at EWO Create Page. Its required to be at the left hand side (in place of ID).

Problem is workflow template is RESETTING all the filled values on the page. If we will make it as a first element on the page then user will fill these details first before filling other details
