Why are There More Columns in the Database then shown in the Data Model? (Doc ID 2267770.1)

Goal

Why are there more columns in the database then shown in the Data Model?
For example: FSI_PM_GENERATED_INSTRMTS has 188 in the database but only showing 12 columns in the model.
