Last updated on SEPTEMBER 21, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.3 to 2.2.0.1.0 [Release 2.1 to 2.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) functionality does not exist to take sum of Service Quantities (SQ's) of peak measurements from each Service Point, and then sum them for the final bill determinant.

Currently there is only an option for the outbound Usage Transaction message is to take the maximum value across the Service Points.

For example:

For Usage Subscription, there are 3 Service Points (SP1, SP2, and SP3). The peak measurement for each is below.

Current behavior: Summary SQ = 15 KW

Desired behavior: Summary SQ = 31 KW
