Symptoms

In Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management consumption and register readings are not rounding as expected.

The measuring component is configured:

• Digits to the left of decimal = 4
• Digits to the right of the decimal = 0

Both the consumption and estimated reads are expected to be rounded to no decimal point before applying the meter multiplier. However rounding results are rounding to value above what is expected (for example rounded to 904 instead of 900).
