Symptoms
Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) Device Operation (Connect/Disconnect) fails in SOA* BPEL** composite ConnectDisconnect. When trying to execute a Device Operation in SGG (Connect/Disconnect) the operation fails in the SOA BPEL composite ConnectDisconnect. The error is returned from the SOA managed server.
