Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Billing Care version 7.5.0.17.0 throws a SizeLimitExceededException exception when Billing Care attempts to retrieve users from Active Directory (AD).

The connection with Billing Care and AD is successfully established but the following exception is being thrown when Billing Care tries to get the list of users:

As a result of this exception, Billing Care fails to retrieve any users from AD.
