SIM Allows Adjustment Delivery for DSD Based on the Update Date and not Based on the First Receipt Date

SIM allows adjustment delivery for Direct Store Delivery (DSD) based on the update date but not based on the first receipt date.
Steps To Recreate:
- Create a DSD Order in SIM and Receive it on 10th Feb.
- Adjust the delivery on 12th Feb.
- Open the delivery on 14th Feb - SIM allows to adjust the delivery after 4 days of the initial receipt.
