ORA-012514 Error Occurs When Accessing Reports After Applying Patches 25178068 and 25192251 (Doc ID 2267924.1)

Symptoms

After applying patches 25178068 and 25192251, when users try to access reports, ORA-012514 error occurs. 

The below patch instructions were followed:

1. Imported the service instance
2. Bounced the server
3. Downloaded the new RPD file
4. Modified the RPD (DSN, username and password)
5. Uploaded the modified RPD
