When users log on, instead of starting out on the Signals tab (as per their preference), the Home screen displays with "password will expire in -145 days" message.
Symptoms
After upgrading from Empirica Signal 7.3 to 8.1, when an LDAP user logs on to Empirica Signal a message displays: "Warning! your password will expire in -145 days" (the exact number of days is related to when the password would have expired if the user was a local user).
The message appears as soon as any LDAP user logs on. Users do not have a way to manage password in Empirica when using LDAP authentication.
Business impact:
Impacts users in that it prevents users from starting out on the Start page.
The start page is defined in the Preferences page in Empirica Signal.
