Enhancement Request: Ability to Enter Numbers with Decimals in OHI Authorization and Procedures (Doc ID 2268508.1)

Symptoms

On :  2.17.1.0.0 version, User Interface
Authorizations


Several screens with units fields do not accept numbers containing decimals; the value can be entered, but the value is truncated to an integer when it is saved.

This does not happen on Claims however, you can capture decimals here.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE:

1) Capture a New Authorization  
On the requested units, type in a decimal.. Ie 2.5 below
 
2) Click next and continue on to the Procedures Tab, capture requested units as a decimal here, ie 5.5 below

3) Continue through tothe summary screen under "View and Save", notice that the Requested Units is now 2, and the Precedures Requested is now 5

4) Update the procedures, set the Authorised units to 5.5, then close the screen  The summary has also truncated the value.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter the correct units, i.e. entering 5.5 results in 5, entering 2.5 results in 2.
