No Warning Message Displayed On Cost Change By Item Screen if New Cost Is Not Provided For All Items In a Item List (Doc ID 2268521.1)

When a user picks an Item List consisting of items for cost change by item screen and does not provide the new cost for one of the items, note that cost change still gets approved.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Retail Merchandising system user interface (UI).
  2. Create the cost change for a item list, provide the cost for one of the items as blank.
  3. Notice that cost change will be approved and no warning message displayed if the item list consists of items with cost as blank in cost change by item screen.
