Error During Execution Of PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER After 7.5 PS17 Upgrade (Doc ID 2268549.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management Applications(BRM) to 7.5.0.17.0 version, (upgraded from 7.5 PS10 to 7.5 MPS1+PS17), the below error is observed during call of PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER while transferring the balance_group of parent account to paying child account on the same day when they are created.

cm.pinlog:

The Parent account has product, discount and bundle but this error is observed only for bundle. The products/discounts are getting expired/cancelled properly without any date issue.
