Symptoms

Customer on UIM 7.3.4. Unable to deploy the cartridges on the SSL port of UIM server.
Below is the error reported:
SEVERE: [Error Code]: OCOM-0021 [Stage]: REQ_RECIEVED [Description]: Cartridge request contains insufficient or invalid parameters.

[Remedy Action]: Check the request parameters.

[Details]: Error while validating and processing Admin server connection. Unable to open keystore located at <DIR>/java-1.7.0-oracle-1.7.0.121.x86_64/jre/lib/security/cacerts (Permission denied):
