Unable to Deploy Cartridges on SSL Port of UIM Servers. (Doc ID 2268616.1)

Symptoms

Customer on UIM 7.3.4. Unable to deploy the cartridges on the SSL port of UIM server.
Below is the error reported:
SEVERE: [Error Code]: OCOM-0021 [Stage]: REQ_RECIEVED [Description]: Cartridge request contains insufficient or invalid parameters.

[Remedy Action]: Check the request parameters.

[Details]: Error while validating and processing Admin server connection. Unable to open keystore located at /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.7.0-oracle-1.7.0.121.x86_64/jre/lib/security/cacerts (Permission denied):
