If changes are made to Taskflow_MultiSolution.xml and to, and then the deployment is stopped/started in WLS console, the changes in are applied but the changes in Taskflow_MultiSolution.xml are not visible. It is necessary to bounce the WLS for the changes to take effect. This is not desirable when multiple deployments are running in the WLS.
