Broadcast Zone In A Portal Does Not Refresh When The Filters Are Cleaned Or Page Refreshed

When refreshing a portal page, or clearing the filters using the standard functionality, the broadcast zone does not refresh, and keeps showing the data that was selected before. This action causes to the user to get wrong data when selecting new filters or when the filters are clear. The question is the follow:
How can one refresh the broadcast zone data, making the old data disappear when the filters are changed/cleared or the page is refreshed?
This is a major loss of functionality in portals and zones, causing users to get wrong data because the information gets confused. it is expected that when the filters of a zone are changed/cleared, the data from the broadcast zone is also cleared, or the zone should also disappear, so the data does not get confused.
