Symptoms

Business Process (BP) record attachments are being removed from any BP record sent using uMail.

The email contains the following warning:

Warning: The system has removed some or all of the attached files from this email because the file-size exceeded the maximum allowed by the email server. To access the removed files, log in to Unifier.

STEPS to Replicate

  1. Navigate to the applicable workspace
  2. Select a record and Open
  3. Click on: File > Send Umail
  4. Add an External Cc email
  5. Observe: The email received will not have any attachments and the above Warming message will be found.
