Information in this document applies to any platform.
Business Process (BP) record attachments are being removed from any BP record sent using uMail.
The email contains the following warning:
Warning: The system has removed some or all of the attached files from this email because the file-size exceeded the maximum allowed by the email server. To access the removed files, log in to Unifier.
STEPS to Replicate
- Navigate to the applicable workspace
- Select a record and Open
- Click on: File > Send Umail
- Add an External Cc email
- Observe: The email received will not have any attachments and the above Warming message will be found.
