Symptoms

2.17.1.0.0 version, User Interface

When trying to copy a procedure with copy record and adding the procedure setting for this procedure, upon saving the system gives a normal error that the item already exists. When deleting the new item and saving an error  is shown:
Error: During synchronization a new object was found that was not marked as  cascade persist ....

The expected result is that if you delete a procedure the expected result is that the procedure is deleted or a message is displayed  telling that you first must delete the procedure settings.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new procedure with same code and definition and procedure setting
2. Hit save
3. delete procedure
4. Hit save

This is a minor issue but needs to be resolved.
