ENABLE SERVICE VALIDATION ERROR DUE TO USAGE SUBSCRIPTION SYNC
When starting service for a customer in CC&B, a start service FA and a service agreement/usage subscription are both synced over to SOM/MDM in near-real-time. When the enable service activity is created in SOM, it falls into the "Validation Error" due to unable to find the usage subscription. However, there is a usage subscription that exists in MDM. The manual workaround is to click "Validate" on the activity page, and the activity now identifies that a US now exists and the activity continues to process. This is not acceptable in production as this process should be seamless and users should NOT be pressing "Validate" every time an FA linked to enable service activity is created.
There is a base algorithm plugged into the "Validate" status of enable service that validates the activity's SA list (D2-VALACTSA). Seems like we need this script to ensure that the SA/US sync has been synchronized prior to running this algorithm. Proposed fix has been attached, along with screenshots of the issue. Proposed fix includes querying database for the SA/US syncs, but we put restrictions on the query for faster processing
