Font display issue with a form retrieved form a Documaker archive.

We have an issue with a recently created font. The font is used for the address block on all of our documents for a new project that is not in Production yet.

When the form is printed in PDF format, through IDS, RPServer or Workstation, the font prints correctly.

When the form is printed in Metacode format through RPServer, the font prints correctly.

When the form is printed in PCL, PostScript or PDF through Workstation or Studio Data Entry Check tool, the font prints correctly.

The issue we have is that the text for the address box displayed on screen when the form is retrieved from the archive is garbage, a series of square white boxes.

The source TrueType font file is available in the FONTLIB folder and it is installed for Windows, under Windows\Fonts.

The font should display correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retrieve a form from archive.
2. View the form on the screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot retrieve and view document from archive.
