Bulk Export Will Not Execute Due to SSL Error (Doc ID 2269463.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.2.0.0.0 version, RateManager

When attempting to perform a Bulk Export the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to connect to environment: RM. Error: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: “SSLv3 SSL Context not available”.
