Unifier Notification “System could not..” When Clicking On A Query Tab On A Record's Detail Form (Doc ID 2269641.1)

On Unifier : Version 16.2.6

When clicking on a Query Tab on a Business Process (BP) Record's Detail Form, a Unifier Notification is thrown reading:

"The system could not process your request Logging in again my help in some cases. Contact your Systems Administrator if you are still having problems."

The following can be found in the Unifier log files:

file:///studio/bp/action.xml:17248: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "X"."NAMEOFDATAOBJECT": invalid identifier
