DB2 Bind Qualifier Error While Migrating From 11.4 To 12.3 Documaker Version

On : 12.3 version, Documaker Server, AIX
When attempting to migrate Documaker Server from release 11.4 to 12.3, facing the following DB2 Bind qualifier error:
DM12041: Error : FAP library error: Transaction:, area:
Error in function:
Error in statement:
EXEC SQL PREPARE sqlStmt INTO :*sqldaTemp FROM :HVSqlStmt
SELECT DISTINCT CURRENT TIMESTAMP FROM sysibm.sysdummy1
SQL0805N Package "DSNDSN0.E7470USP.DB2LIB.544262504E464465" was not found. SQLSTATE=51002
SQLSTATE 51002: The package corresponding to an SQL statement execution request was not found.

DM18038: Error in GenArcArchive(): Unable to DBAdd(hTempIdxFile,NewTrnFileRecord,ArcIdxRecordSize).'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Binding the collection separately and not as a part of the Documaker process. Below is the command used and results.
axrsgpar1614:/home/docucorp> db2bind.sh soh_a
connect to DSNDSN0 user e0108x2 using xxxxxxx (Connection established)
bind db2lib.bnd owner E7470DBA qualifier E7470DBA collection E7470USP (Bind was successful)
2. Running the Documaker batch script in Unix to generate output and Archive the documents.
