Symptoms
Installed GIS ESRI Extractor 1.12.0P14 on Windows 10 workstation.
When AitoCentricity is run, it fails to start up, and the log has this error:
Error encountered in frmmain.load. #3265 - item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
Changes
The operator recently migrated to a new Windows 10 workstation.
