Goal

There was an exception when there were more than one connection open to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) with pcm.jar and pcmext.jar for Patch Set (PS)16.
It was working fine with pcm.jar and pcmext.jar for PS14.

What and why is the difference between PS14 and PS16 on these two: pcm.jar, pcmext.jar?
