CALLING SITE VIA HTTPS IN CC&B 2.5 FAILS (Doc ID 2269992.1)

Symptoms

Any CMs that use AJAX or another means to call a remote site via HTTPS may fail with the error "Access denied" displayed in
javascript console in current user's browser.  Though if ccb is configured to use HTTP, the call will work as expected.
